The best decision I ever made was choosing Refine Packaging. My custom box turned out fantastic, and Brian Moore from customer service truly impressed me. His response time was lightning fast, and he went above and beyond to help me perfect the final product. I'm thrilled with the results! Thank you and I can’t wait to continue working with this amazing team!

Refind Packaging was patient and calm when awaiting our designs, plus they made some edits and changes on our behalf. They were flexibile with what file types they'd change, and did color matching for us! A super great experience and would order from them again!

Prompt customer service. Made sure to fullfill my order as quickly as possible and communicated the turn around kindly and effectively. Beautiful product. Just put in my second order!

I placed an order with Refine Packaging for boxes for one of my products. I am very happy with the final product. Max Hill was awesome to work with. When I needed an update on my project, he promptly provided me with a response. I would definitely work with this company again. Thanks Max!

Daniel Greene was the one helping me out on my order and he was very professional and made the order process very smooth. I'll be ordering more products from them in the future.

Customer service was quick and attentive. Brian Moore was incredibly responsive to our needs! The boxes turned out great and were reasonably priced, especially for a start-up like ours.

The consultant, Sam, was a pleasure to work with. He was very attentive to my requests and the unusual custom boxes I had made came out great. The full color glossy box will add sizzle to my product.

Amazing quality and service!
