Great lead time, quick process working with David White, and nice quality!

Steven has always been extremely helpful, accommodating, and timely in his communication! He helped me with a last minute production crisis I had and provided excellent service and assistance. His reliability is commendable!

I had a great customer experiences working with David White. We are a seasoning company and this is the first time we have gone beyond our local printer. David worked through many of our questions and teamed with the production group to deliver a superior product. Even the founder of the business was very impressed. We plan to do more work with Refine

Steven was communicative and guided the process effectively.

Excellent service. I’d like to acknowledge David White for a great custumer service!

Assistance with providing physical samples prior to final production run was highly appreciated.

I’m very satisfied with my experience with Refine Packaging. It had been a long time since I had new boxes made and David did a great job managing all my anxious questions. The price was reasonable and I received my order quickly. Best of all, the boxes look fabulous! They feature a cut out, foiling and soft touch lam and they are beautifully elegant. Thank you so much!!

Only great service. 20/10 stars.
