It started working from the first usage and it's only gotten better and better. I was to the point to where I was going to have surgery and after using this product I can put it off for as long as I want because my shoulder feels so good. Seems to be helping

This device is a must-have for anyone with shoulder pain. It’s helped me regain my mobility and reduce my pain significantly.

The heating vibration massage shoulder pad does exactly what I thought it would. The only thing I’m not happy with is the fact that the battery doesn’t stay charged as long as I expected.

I have shoulder issues in both shoulders and this device. I was kind of skeptical about getting it however, after using it for a couple days, I have noticed significant change in my pain is less on both shoulders.
