This was not my first BOG. This format was more in the way of putting the puzzle together. The step by step plan made me feel more comfortable with the skills and more confident in action. The included goal setting was great. Jeff's way of being a cool and warming coach and not trainer/lecturer made me feel welcoming and relaxed to be a better student of the material.
