Stacey Cole and Harry Castilow handled my reverse mortgage. I had a very bumpy trip because the attorneys were absolutely ridiculous in the documentation they required...but I understand they are the ONLY profession that perpetuates their need, unlike dentists and doctors. I was dumfounded in the delays they engineered, but Stacey and Harry were there for me. I have anger issues and almost gave up at one point, but both Stacey and Harry supported me.

Both Brandi and Katy were very helpful and I never felt that I was a brother to them when I had questions. They were always very pleasant, upbeat and knowledgeable. I truly enjoyed working with them. I would recommend this company to anyone who is interested in a reserve mortgage. Thank you

A few months ago I called Reverse Mortgage and talked with Erin Kramer. It seems to be the best decision I've made in a long time. Other than having an apprasial that I still shortchanged us a lot, the mortgage still allows us to stay in our home for many years before we have to face leaving it. Thanks very much, Erin, you've been very patient with my questions and honest and forthcoming about the whole process, Thanks again, Paul and Kat Jensen

It was a great experience , working with professional, efficient, and friendly personnel! I highly recommend this company!!

My wife Marilyn and I had been looking to do a reverse mortgage on our home. We had contacted a local representative at the recommendation of a friend and neighbor and were told we were going to need to come up with over $23,000.00 out of pocket; needless to say we were shocked and the outlook for us staying in our home of 23 years was looking dim. That's when Lois called. I had spoken with her almost 16 months ago and she was just following up. I told her the situation and she ask to take a look at all our paperwork. What can I say; in just a short time Lois and her team reviewed the documents and secured us a $0 dollar out of pocket reverse mortgage. I can't tell you enough about how delighted and thrilled we were and are. Thank you Lois Martin and Katy Via for your diligence, honesty and knowledge of your careers. You have gone over and above and I would recommend you to anyone, anytime. If you are looking to do a reverse mortgage no matter where you live please give them a call. Sincerely, John and Marilyn Mueller Escondido, Ca

Deciding to get a reverse mortgage was a hard decision. I checked on the internet and read how others had a hard time and a tougher time staying in touch with their company. Harry was there for us all the way. Every time we called he was there or promptly returned our call. He worked hard to get the best plan for us. We truly appreciate everything that he did and would (and do) recommend him and the company to anyone who are thinking about getting a reverse. Harry is a definite asset to your company.

We were looking for a reverse mortgage company and Paul was the first to make us fell right at home. We had some detours on the way to get the reverse mortgage closed but it always was the underwriter that wanted something more or wanted something changed. Paul hung in there llike a champion with us. Never giving up and keeping in touch at all times just to let us know and assured that it would close. Thank you Reverse Mortgage and Paul. Would recommend Reverse Mortgage to any one looking for a reverse mortgage

Michael and Katy were extremely friendly and helpful in explaining the advantages of a Reverse Mortgage and answering all of our questions for us. When we decided to go with your company, Michael and Katy were excellent in staying in touch with us on a very regular basis to keep us posted on how things were going. When we got closer to the process of closing, Katy was also very courteous and helpful in keeping us notified of all actions being taken. We were extremely pleased with all the service we received from both of these fine people. We would gladly recommend your company to anyone who is considering a reverse mortgage. The process did take longer than we thought but well worth it. Many thanks to these 2 wonderful people who treated us with warmth in their voices.
