Good and quality service

The order was delayed for at least two weeks without me being notified. I actually began a scan of my payment process to see if I was charged and perhaps the item was lost in the delivery process. I finally received the item two days ago and I haven't had the opportunity to try it out or activate it's functionality. My past experience with REVO has been very positive.

I called for support and the agent was very helpful and friendly. He took care of my issue right away.

Orderd 3 100 foot cables, and never recieved product. What gives?

I Called on Tuesday to see if someone could help me view all my screens on my remote desk top computer i could only open up 2 out of 7 screen. (Aero Revo system) someone was suppose to check with a Tech and call me back. Never got a call back..

i have return your product for a refund 2 weeks ago. revo has recieved the package and i yet to recieve my rembursement on my card.the order number is rd00016879. looks like i will never order anything from revo.

System is a good camera system, excellent pictures only problem is all cameras will not stay connected to system at all times and sometimes you are unaware that the system is not recording.
