i have owned a revo system since 2016 and the system has been great, anytime i have had a issue, which was caused by changing routers with a company i will just call X they have been there for me almost immediately and have stayed with me till the problem was solved. i am ordering a new system only because i want 4k. great products and great help

Over all the equipment is great. I wish there would have been a way to get cable shorted than 60 feet in length. (25 feet would be great). The only point that I did not like was that after I made my first purchase by phone I could not reach a live body. Waiting on hold for over an hour each time and once took the option of a call back that I did not get. I understand about the the nation wide illness but if the company was closed because of it...just say that.

Ordered product never received tried several times to find out why shipping was delayed through website Chat messaging to get zero response
