Jeff showed great care and concern when I arrived for tire repair. I was headed out of town and got a loss in tire pressure warning. He made sure I was back on the road quickly. My Audi experience gets better and better.

My 5 month old leased Honda wouldn’t start while flashing a bunch of emergency statements on the dashboard. Apparently this means the battery’s about to die. I FIRST call Rick Case to see if I can speak with someone who might be able to tell me what’s going on so I might be able to do something about it myself. I left a message with a secretary. Never heard back. Called Honda roadside assistance. They told me I needed to be towed. Nobody could help explain what was going on. Tow truck arrives 80 mins later. Now the car is dead, obvious even to me that it’s the battery. Tow truck jumps it (meanwhile I had a battery that I could’ve jumped it with myself 1.5 hours earlier if someone could’ve just told me what was going on). I drive to the dealership, now it’s after hours. I drive home. It’s dead again in the morning. I jump it myself. Then drive it to Rick Case to get it finally taken care of. Again, a new car with a presumably new battery. This is why I lease a car...to avoid stuff like this. Unacceptable inconvenience, but I am most disappointed by the lack of responsiveness by Rick Case.

BEWARE!! Rick Case Honda ripped me off!! I have exclusively and now regrettably taken my car to them for service since I purchased it 5 years ago. They had the audacity to see my broken, unusable car, look me in the eye then tell me I needed to buy a bunch of irrelevant service items I had just purchased! It did NOTHING to fix my car and left me no better off To have a working car. Shameful!! Not once, but TWICE in 2 days I was stranded with s broken car they “fixed”. :(

I came in for a sudden trouble light. The problem was diagnosed and repaired in about 2 hours. As always, Justin was great. Kept me informed and explained the issue perfectly. He is very knowledgeable.

Melvin was great. However I do not appreciate that every time I bring my car in for service I am accosted to buy a new car either in person or on the phone. Please stop this practice. It is very off-putting

Good service got my car back when promised. Staff was friendly.

Excellent staff and services. Rapid response, great costumer's services. The recall fixing was done faster than expected. Justin was very kind.
