They are ever time sending massages

Loop was great at first. I just had an accident and they gave me an estimate quickly but only from the pictures that I sent, no one actually looks at my car. I tried to get a rental per email sent and I can’t get anyone to respond. I need a vehicle more than anything. I can’t actually talk to someone on the phone, all you can do is email. Customer is absent. I wouldn’t recommend them.

I've had a policy with Loop for a few years only had 1 claim about 3 years ago. There customer service is a joke. I have them set up on auto pay but every month they send me a notification that it didn't go through and then I go to the app click on make payment with card on file and it goes through with no problem. Then I missed the notification and happened to open the app saw I needed to make a payment so I made the payment at that moment in the app then later that day it refunded to me saying my policy was canceled the day before so I requested a new policy with no changes and I had to pay almost $400 down and about $215 per month I was paying $90 a month before that. So I will not recommend Loop to anyone.
