Lenny provided exceptional customer service booking flights from LA to Hawaii for my entire family (two of whom are minors). With a great deal of patience and kind consideration, he then had to separate our itineraries, modify dates and rebook two of our tickets to due an illness in our family. Lenny was truly fantastic and made the necessary flight changes immediately. He worked diligently to seek the best prices and secured great deals for us. Throughout the entire process, Lenny was professional, polite and went above and beyond to ease our entire travel experience. I highly recommend using Roamingmood and requesting Lenny when booking your travel!
