best gaming stuff ever

Used this mouse for 9 months now. When it works it is great. It is unfortunate that it does not work for long. The scroll wheel has a major design fault. I had the first mouse replaced because of this. While waiting for this to be sorted I bought a second mouse. Now I have two Roccat mice in still in warranty that do not work. The scroll wheel records both up and down movements at the same time. I will not even be asking for a replacement, even though I bought less than a month ago. When I looked to see how to fix this. I found, that this is a well-advertised issue that is recognised across many forums.

We had an issue with our headphones so I sent a mail to the technical support. First response received within less than 20 minutes, entire topic solved (will receive a replacement) within few hours - super quick, super friendly and super solution oriented - this is what I call great customer service!

I bought a used Kone AIMO remastered with broken glidepads. I wrote the support and they sent me two new sets right away with no cost for me(no questions asked). I also had software problems with my Horde AIMO and they replied within 2 days at both problems. A great support.
