I am able to get the help needed and some much needed insight on my situation. Therapy has helped me understand my feelings and outcomes to my actions.

Ive been to therapy once before and the experience wasn't that great, this go around is completely different. I couldn't have been paired with someone better. Honestly i think everyone should have some form of therapy in their lives.

Easy and fairly quick. I was intimidated at first to start the process since insurance companies can be hard to communicate with. Thankfully Kaiser didn’t make it difficult at all for me and I’m very very grateful
