RushTranslateReviews of rushtranslate.com

Excellent service and very responsive! I used RushTranslate for several Italian translations for my dual citizenship application and had a great experience. The translations were completed quickly and professionally, and whenever I had a question or requested a correction, they responded promptly and made the changes right away. The entire process was easy, and I really appreciated their attention to detail and customer service. I would definitely use RushTranslate again and highly recommend them.

I used RushTranslate to translate my children’s immunization records for school enrollment and pediatric review. I paid about $200 because the translations were certified, so I expected the records to be checked carefully before they were sent to me. The first packet had multiple mistakes, including incorrect vaccination dates, wrong year conversions, incorrect injection site notes, mislabeled vaccine sections, incorrect vaccine names, and incorrect lot numbers. These were not just cosmetic errors. Some of them could have affected how a pediatrician interpreted the records and created my children’s official U.S. immunization history. I had to compare every page against the Japanese originals, catch the mistakes myself, and send correction requests three separate times before the documents were finally accurate. They did respond and make the corrections, which is why I am giving two stars instead of one. The final documents were usable, but after paying a premium for certified translations, I should not have had to spend this much time doing their quality control for them.

Very convenient and easy-to-use translation service. I just simply upload my scanned documents online without any hassle. The translation was ready within 24 hours, which was exactly what I needed since I was on a tight deadline. The service was fast, smooth, and professional. I was very satisfied with the service and would definitely use it again.

Quick response, no errors, great price.

J'ai opté pour la livraison express et j'ai reçu ma traduction en moins de 12 heures, soit bien plus vite que le délai initialement annoncé. Les documents étaient irréprochables et ont été validés directement par ma banque américaine sans le moindre souci. C'est fiable, rapide et sans prise de tête. 5/5 amplement mérité !
