The customer service is great! They aren't pushing anything on you and are very informative. I was dealing with Peter and he was very helpful.

Steve made sure I knew all the options prior to ordering. The Hatchguard is an easy assembly and is so much better than the Bilco safety rails. You really can't even compare them to each other.
