Our bread machine arrived and of course we had to try it out. Made the buttermilk whole wheat bread and it turned out pretty good considering we didn't have the pan seated correctly in the machine. That's my only complaint as it's not specific as to how to insert the pan. It did knead some of the ingredients but worked itself loose after awhile. We're going to try again this weekend and see if we can't figure it out or call Saki and have them direct us. Great machine as once you put everything in, you leave it alone!

After a couple of snafus, all of which were promptly handled, our new bread machine arrived in excellent condition. Just in time to crank out a perfect loaf oh honey oat bread. Looking forward to taking advantage of the custom program features in producing artisan loaves.

Received a French press for Christmas and it arrived broken. I emailed customer service and they replaced the broken one free of charge and mailed it to me about 2 weeks later. Very satisfied with my French press! Great customer service.
