I was unable to create a user account using the information I have.

It needs to be more people friendly when trying to find a generic brand replacement.

The process was easy and quick.

Difficult to find providers that will accept Sana. Will not even make an appointment if I " self pay".

When putting my zip code in for dental and eye doctors not only did my local doctors not come up but I would have to travel over 35 miles to LaCrosse or Eau Claire to find either of them.

Horrible service. Talking to the service operator was like talking to someone in a different country.

Excellent customer services , and very knowledgeable/ friendly people.

My PCP can't get anyone to answer the phone and see if my benefits are available and if they're in network. SANA also does not cover weight loss surgery, so far I'm very disappointed with SANA and don't see things being better anytime soon.
