The sound quality with the sandsound hardwired are truly different then I've ever heard from any type of headphones or earbuds it's truly unique also the app is great for enhancing the sounds of whatever you're listening to but it could use a better personal EQ system as well and they need to work on there combat mode. Besides that they have me as a customer for the rest of my life whenever I can afford to buy any products also the customer service is the greatest ever

I’ve tried numerous earbuds in my life, both cheaper and more expensive models, but Sanwear’s earbuds stand out from all my previous experiences in every way. From the design of the packaging to the sound quality, they’re absolutely the best. In addition, they’re constantly adding new features and updates to these earbuds, something you won’t find with other brands. In addition, a wired version is also available, offering unprecedented sound quality alongside its wireless models. They’re also building a great community where you can talk directly with the developers and team members, which makes the product and the entire project truly special.

The sound is top-tier, and the customer service (that I received) was great! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I could never get my SANsound GT earbuds to last more than 4 hours at a time, which isn't bad per se, but it says it can do 6 hours. At one point it did 7 hours, but it never got to that again. It's been almost 2 years since I got them, and they don't connect to charge to the case sometimes, so they do run out quicker, but I've also been using them pretty often. But the sound is still next level.
