They never answered my email
They never answered my email, so I can't comment of their actual customer service, just their lack of it. The scents are super weak for being the ultra, that I can't use them in soap. I won't ever buy from them again, I'm extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Now, if you would like to discuss this issue, feel free to email me.

Chelsea, I am very sorry for the lack of response to your email from last week! It looks like your email was accidentally mistagged. and then not seen by our customer service team. We will make sure that this does not happen again with yours or any other customers. That said, I see that you stated that you followed our suggested usage rates when making finished products. Our suggested usage chart is meant be a very general starting point. Each oil has its own potency and sillage profile. If you are finding that the final product (whether it be soap, candles, lotions, etc...) is not as potent as you would like, you can certainly increase your usage rate, until you are satisfied. The oils that you ordered generally don't appear to be amongst our more delicate scents, so this increase in usage should make a finished product that is plenty potent for the end user.
