After reviewing this potential issue, I see that you requested our 8 pack of free samples, which we offer for orders with a subtotal or $150-$224. Your order subtotal was $112. Rather than omit the free samples altogether, we sent a 4 pack of free samples, which would have included half of the fragrances you requested. This 4 pack of free samples is offered for orders with a subtotal of $75-$149. Please feel free to contact us at any time if you ever have questions or concerns about an order. Hello Kim, I am very sorry to hear of your disappointment. If there is ever an issue with an order, please contact us so that we can look into any potential issues. We never change any fragrant formulas without first notifying customers. There are a handful of fragrances that have been updated over the years when a specific material is no longer available or we find we are able to improve the scent of oil. However, we note those oils with a big red block of text to indicate what change was made and why. I do not see this to be the case with any oils in your orders either. If you think there is an issue with an order we urge you to get in touch with us right away. It is our job to make sure orders go out properly, or fix any issues that might arise. Hello Brian, I am sorry for your dissatisfaction with our return policy. This is an industry wide practice. We simply cannot restock an oil has been outside of our control. This is in place not to protect a one-time sale, but to protect the safety of our customers. We simply cannot in good conscience resell an oil that has the potential to be used on someone's skin or hair, when we cannot guarantee the safety and quality. We try to be as transparent a possible, and explain this in our policy section on our website. We do offer low cost sniffie samples to our customers, so they can test oils before spending a lot of money on an unknown scent. We very much thank your being a customer for almost 5 years now.
