After experiencing prolonged issues with a paid plan that prevented me from logging in, I contacted customer support. They promptly canceled the plan and issued a refund. I sincerely thank you for your assistance.

I forgot to cancel my subs. Their T&C is clear that I can't cancel after 24h, but since it renewed without any prior notification, I forgot to cancel it. However, the staff was so helpful to help me cancelling it. It took less than 5 minutes, I guess.

Too many irrelevant articles recommended. The resumed form is not always faithful to the content. I think you should refine the search tool before anything else. Also, it can be used with some success on popular academic themes, but it is not helpful enough for niche research.
