Unauthorized Credit Card Charges With No Notification
This company stores customers’ credit card information and processes charges without clear authorization. There is no communication regarding these charges—no email, invoice, or prior notice—yet the card is charged quietly. Compounding the issue, their cancellation policy is limited to 24 hours, but without any charge notification, customers may not even realize a charge has occurred within that window. Customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful in resolving the matter. Overall, this has been a very poor and concerning experience.

To give some context, our subscriptions renew automatically until they’re cancelled, and a plan can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Billing is processed only for the plan you’ve subscribed to, and we recognise that how and when renewal information reaches customers matters just as much. We’ve noted your comments about renewal charges, communication around them and the support you received, and we truly appreciate you being open about all of it. It has been about 4 years that i am Research Assistant
