I did not receive my complete order. I ordered 1 set of 2 pillows. I received 1 insert and 1 cover (1 pillow ). I have followed up several times and still don’t have the 2nd pillow. I’d like to receive the 2nd pillow immediately.

I had two pictures that arrived damaged. Scout and Nimble were amazing to work with and are sending a replacement. Ava was extremely responsive to my claim-thank you!

I placed the order on 8/27 and paid in full. I had no shipping estimated date. I reached out to Scout and Nimble via email on 9/10 and received a response on 9/11 that I would be informed once a shipping date was provided. It is now 9/19 and I still have no shipping date. This is not the service I was expecting.
