I'm disappointed in the quality of the results. Some images were okay, and the rest were terrible. It looked fake, and some didn't even look like me. Secta has a lot of trouble with eyes and teeth, by the looks of it. Many of the images were not high quality.

Secta's customer service blew me away. When I encountered generation issues, a whole team stepped in to help, showing how much they care about their customers. There are plenty of AI photo generators out there, but Secta stands out by pairing a great product with outstanding support—truly a first-class experience.

Si j'avais pu j'aurais mis 0 étoile. Résultats catastrophiques : visage déformé, cheveux longs alors qu'ils sont court, disproportion entre corps et tête. sur les 120 photos, aucune n'est utilisable. Une belle arnaque, ne vous laissez pas avoir !

Dear Secta Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment with the AI-generated pictures I recently received from your service. Initially, I was quite impressed with the potential of AI in creating personalized images. However, upon closer inspection, I realized that the pictures did not meet my expectations. The person depicted in most of these pictures does not resemble me, and the smiles in these photographs appear unnatural and unappealing. Additionally, when I attempted to address these issues, I was surprised to find that I would need to pay extra for these adjustments. This was disheartening, especially since I was already dissatisfied with the initial results. Also, my request by E-Mail how we can address the problem was unanswered. Given the poor quality of the pictures and the additional charges for corrections, I would like to request a full refund of the amount I paid. Please process this refund and credit it back to my credit card as soon as possible. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Big joke. The wishes are not taken into account at all, everything is just kind of slapped together, it looks more like a comic than reality. Don't use it! I got 10 times better results with a provider where I only paid a tenth of the price. Many photos are such extreme close-ups that you can't even see the whole head. Scam!

The photos are so TINY and are VERY CARTOONY. My skin looks so blurred and unrealistic, not at all what is advertised and for the price are not worth it!
