Easy to use, lot of info about your genes. I’m diving into it for hours. They add new health and traits reports constantly.

I love that SelfDecode analyzes SNPS even at the nutritional level. Their analysis of my TCF7L2 gene confirms my suspicion that I can handle carbs well: "The “farmer” variant allows the body to digest starchy foods and whole grains without spiking blood sugar levels" SelfDecode gives in-depth analyses that are not even looked at by other analysis tools.

Clean interface and easy to understand information. They also seem to be working hard to expand the types of services available and fairly regularly releasing new reports. I got the lifetime plan and it's going to be interesting to see where they take it over time.

This website seems to me to give the most and most useful information of any of the genetic websites I've seen. You can upload your genetic profile from Ancestry.com, 23andme, et al. After that you can get reports on a very wide variety of subjects, and the information you get is not random, like many others. You can research things that are of interest. I was able to determine, for example, exactly why eating carbs hasn't worked out well for me. I also think that the price is low compared to the value, and although i have not had but one issue, their customer service is very good.

I have been using Self Decode for over a year now and am very pleased with my experience. They are constantly updating and adding new reports so there is always new insight for me to learn. I have gained so much knowledge about my self and useful tips to improve my health. I had Kinsey stones a couple of years ago and no urologist was able to give me an explanation for their cause based on my blood work. Turns out I have a genetic predisposition!
