Hello there, I hope this review finds you well! I want to reach out and apologize personally for any confusion about the auto-renewal of your subscription. I can understand how frustrating that might have been for you. Before we get too much further, I want to point out that we do not delete your data when your subscription is set to non-renewal. You get full access to your account until the end of the subscription period. We don't delete your data unless you ask us to. When customers purchase an annual subscription with us, we ask them to agree to our Terms of Service, which state that the subscription will renew annually to ensure uninterrupted service. You can always set your subscription to non-renewal to turn off automatic renewals. Because we want everyone to be happy with their purchase, we offer a generous 30-day moneyback guarantee on initial sign-ups, and our customer support team reviews any refund requests thoroughly to make sure we're being fair to our customers. Again, I apologize for giving you the impression that our business is a scam. Please know that we value your review and opinion. We remain committed to providing the most accurate, actionable DNA reports on the market so we can help everyone improve their health and live better. We're the only company providing personalized recommendations for improving your health based on your genes. We hope you reach out to our support team soon so we can help you get the most out of your subscription. We look forward to chatting soon!
