After years of unsuccessful trips to various doctors, I decided to take a DNA test and figure out on my own what was wrong with my health. SelfDecode provided the answers and my symptoms made perfect sense! All it took was to download their "High Blood Sugar" report to find out why I feel sick following a regular "healthy" diet (full of whole grains and fruit)! Since I'm in the 5% of population having the genetic setup causing issues, I would have probably spent a few more years guessing and feeling sick, if it wasn't for SelfDecode. Thank you so much.

I love Self Decode. I've been getting genetic reports for years from different services ( Prometheus, found my fitness, 23, etc), and I appreciate the UI of these reports, and especially how it keeps evolving. New reports are coming out, I can look up different genetic disorders and back trace, buy products, and get testing. I bought a lifetime membership, and am excited to see where the company goes.

Self Decode gave me effective genetics-based recommendations for supplements I was able to add to my regimen to further improve my health and address some issues I had. The information provided also helped me to confirm which supplements I was already taking were actually needed, such as methylation helpers. I have been following SelfDecode from the beginning. The promise was not to launch the business until they had the very best people and products in place. I'm excited to say they succeeded! I just received my DNA Test Kit. The instructions are easy to follow and I can collect the sample in the privacy of my own home. I just drop the sample in the mail and they do the rest. I can't wait to get the results so I can use all the online tools they provide to make a plan toward wellness based on my own DNA. SelfDecode...you did not disappoint!

This is a scam, much more effort is put into upselling you than giving you info, and it is nearly impossible to cancel. A year ago we were advised by our doctor that genetic testing would be a good idea, so we spent over $600 as a family getting a rather basic kit and a 1 year subscription. it took 5 weeks for us to get the kit, antoehr 6 weeks for it to get "processed" (but you are paying the annual fee, even before you get results. Finally we get results and we give them to our doctor who tries to use what we given with both her tools and the self decode site and cannot get any info. We send several emails to customer service which are ignored or point to irrelevant links. the is NO phone support (or at least a number we could find, certainly never offered. We put it on hold. A day before it is about to renew, I try again to call a customer support number, (try to find one on their site, I dare you). there is none, But with difficulty if find the "cancel my subscription" link buried deep in the site. I cancel. Next day I get an email that they have renewed my subscription anyway. I contest, no 800 number, so I find ae email (not well listed) and file a complaint. (trust pilot does not allow me to include an email address) I say this: PLEASE CANCEL< I Logged in and canceled this last night. call me immediately Self Decode replies: Hi Scott, Sorry for the trouble. Don't get suckered in. what ever info you think you will get, you will not get it, and you will be out hundreds of dollars.

I got in on the ground floor with this company a while back. I was so excited to find this uniquely personalized science-backed service. Their content has exploded in the last year with many new health reports and fresh website upgrades. My health has improved so much thanks to the many excellent suggestions. SelfDecode is a fantastic resource that empowers me to understand my genetic basis, as well as informs me about how to enable my “healthy” genes and down regulate the not-so-healthy genes.
