SelfDecodeReviews of selfdecode.com

SelfDecode is the best thing out there to research your DNA. I have learned so much already. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Decided to get my DNA tested as I am 55yrs old but very active. I wanted to determine risk factors and ways to mitigate during the aging process This is an excellent way to improve performance and reduce predispositions based on ones gene's i.e., the only way to really find out. The SelfDecode process was very easy but the sequencing does take time to complete but overall worth the wait based on the information provided. Lot's of good info on how to impact potentially negative dispositions. This is the only way to insure you are in control of your well being. Information is knowledge.

I love SelfDecode! Years ago I signed up for 23andMe and since then I have used my raw data to signup for many genetic sites promising all kinds of insights and SelfDecode really delivers above and beyond the others. What I like is how they continue to update you as science improves. Most sights you sign up & get one report, but with SelfDecode they continue to alert you to new findings. I have a host of autoimmune issues and have been looking for ways to be healthier and this sight really helps with making insightful changes in my diet, supplements & lifestyle. Plus, the customer service also delivers I have had a couple of questions and they are prompt and personable. Thanks SelfDecode!

I appreciate SelfDecode making it possible for me to learn about my genetics on my own. Their system is easy to use and apply to daily habits. Overall a great product.

I was interested in Selfdecode because I wanted more health-related information. I was not disappointed. Even though there is a learning curve to accessing the wealth of information it's worth the effort.

SelfDecode has helped me improve my health in many ways. It has answered questions I have had for many years. Another important factor is my genetic information is private and won't be shared. SelfDdecode is continually improving their site and always looking to make it better.

I was pleasantly surprised when I saw a huge material Selfdecode provided to the users: detailed descriptions of each gene, references, and what is more important- recommendations. Without the recommendations one can feel frustrated and at a loss how to deal with his or her condition. I am still studying the reports which are very detailed to then apply what is said to help with my disease. Hopefully I will learn to manage it.

SelfDecode is very informative. I learned how to optimise my sleep as well as many different aspects of my lifestyle. I was able to learn a lot that has helped improve my lifestyle and has ultimately helped increase the my overall health and wellbeing.
