This companies customer service is by far the best I have ever come across. Cassie Bock (member of the support team) was/is so helpful there are no words to capture just how much. I misread things and didn’t do my homework before purchasing and she was more than willing to work with me to make things right and help me feel better about the entire situation. I would recommend this company alone just for its extremely helpful support team, a team mind you that goes above and beyond to make its customer’s comfortable and happy.

2nd update, 2024: I was super disappointed to discover that now, in order to access the reports, you have to pay $200 to talk to a doc. Disappointing because I already spent $1000 with one of the docs and it didn't shift my health a whole lot. The reports were super useful, such a bummer to add more cost to what was an included feature we already paid for. Prior Update: Although I still find SelfDecode useful, they've been making changes lately that aren't so great, such as: -the new wellness reports have much less useful information than the previous ones in the legacy version -they have an app that asks all kinds of invasive medical information and doesn't give an opt out or tell you how it will be used Original review: I've had overall good experiences with Self Decode. Their reporting is fantastic, they seem like a trustworthy company, and the information in their wellness reports and lab analyzer is useful and practical. It's also contributed to my health and well-being. Minor downsides are their old lab analyzer (legacy) is amazing but didn't upload information easily. I think they're working on a new version, so hopefully that will be easier to use. But overall great company! I also got health coaching through them which was useful.

Easy to navigate, very informative & excellent customer service. I initially signed up to SelfDecode after seeing the positive feedback from Tim Gray (biohacker) on Instagram and I have not been disappointed. The portal is easy to navigate & there is a wealth of information and tips for improving your health, the wellness reports are fantastic. I would say you have to be mentally prepared for what you may discover about your own DNA as its not always positive, but the plus side is the comprehensive information you get to support areas of concern. The customer service is also one of the best I have experienced, the support team really take their time to answer any questions or queries you have and always respond. Overall, I would not hesitate in recommending to anyone looking to have their DNA tested and once you subscribe to SelfDecode you have this information & support at your fingertips.

Alle Fragen oder Probleme wurden durch den Service in wenigen Tagen gelöst. Vor SelfDecode nutzte ich IQYOU. Ca. 4 Monate hatte ich keinen Zugang zur Website, nach 6 Monaten war man auf eine unbeantwortete Mail von mir gestoßen; ich hatte kein Interesse mehr. Obwohl ich nun noch Zugang zur Website habe, nutze ich sie nicht. Der Nutzen läßt sich nicht mit dem von SelfDecode vergleichen.

SelfDecode offers excellent self diagnostic tools from Genetics, custom profile health reports, blood test tracking and more. I now have everything I need to take charge of my own wellness. Plus, with super customer support I highly recommend them for your own health and wellness journey!

Using SelfDecode has not only helped me confirm some health issues I was aware of, but given me information about other problems I have. The supplement recommendations I found to be right on target - some I was already taking & a few ideas led me to try something new. Time will tell! Also - very important - I trust SelfDecode to not share or sell my genetic profile. I cannot stress this enough. My privacy is very important to me!
