I've spent quite some time studying the different DNA analysis services available online and ended up going for SelfDecode for a few reasons: - You can also get your DNA testing kit from them, they're a DNA one stop shop. - The scope of information they provide (their data covers SO MUCH). - The tons of useful ways in which the data is summarized and presented (focused reports, blog, highlighted risky SNPs, etc). - My subscription also includes access to Lab Test Analyzer for tracking of blood results! After signing up, their special content and webinars turned out to be a great cherry on top. But what totally sealed it for me was their Customer Service. Quick to respond and always super helpful. I can't wait to see what SelfDecode have in store for the future.

First off the delay in delivering the DNA-kit was frustrating. Although the delay was due to an external supplier and SelfDecode handled it very professional, swiftly answering queries etc. I am looking forward to my analysis and reports.

It took 1 month before the DNA kit was shipped and I had to contact the support team multiple times. The support team was very helpful. The website seems to be still a work in progress as there seem to be multiple bugs. Currently waiting for my results

I LOVE Self Decode! I found Self Decode in 2016 after my 23 & Me results came back. It was full of info but was tricky to navigate. Now the site is FULL of information and continues to be my Go To. The navigation is great, the info is complex yet easy to digest and the reports and personalized blog are Great features! Self Decode gets an A+++
