Selkirk Sport - PickleballThe leading high-performance Pickleball paddle brand backed by the Pros. We Are Pickleball.™We are a family-owned business in the beautiful area of Coeur d'Alene, North Idaho—literally located in the shadows of the southern beginnings of the Selkirk mountain range. We have a passion for the game of Pickleball and are seeking to bring it out of the leisure-sport perception and elevate it as the exciting sport that it is. Customer service is great. Couldn’t be more pleased. Shipping is a big problem though. Very slow processing. In today’s market, shipping should never take this long.

I bought a paddle from their website for a Xmas present for a family member. By the time I gave the gift and was told that this was not quite what they wanted, my 30 day return window had expired. I wrote to Selkirk to ask if I could either return or exchange the paddle a week after the end of this 30 day window and was told that I was out of luck. This seems very inflexible considering I would be happy to exchange the paddle for an appropriately sized one. Partially my fault, but I am disappointed in Selkirk's customer service.
