When looking for an alternative to companies like Life Alert ® and Philips Lifeline ®, Senior Safety Medical Alert Systems is a great choice! While Life Alert ® can cost between $49 and $89 per month, Senior Safety provides the same service but for a fraction of the cost and with no long-term contract. Look beyond Life Alert ® and Phillips Lifeline ® for more affordable pricing.
Senior Safety Medical Alerts (seniorsafety.com) has 1,038 customer reviews on Consumer Courier, with an average rating of 4.8 out of 5.

Super easy to install and test. Customer service was great and answered all my questions and the test went smoothly as well. I did have to get a double connector so that the answering machine and safety box could both be plugged into the back of the phone. ( Mom was using a land line).

Everyone is very helpful. Great company. I had been a customer prior to moving so I contacted them again when I was ready for their service again. Very satisfied.

So far, I am very pleased with the service received from this company. My mom has accidently pressed the button many times, and they remain professional and patient. Highly recommended.

Good service and staff knew their stuff. Some I.T. Issues and dealt with several different people. The necklace was bulky my mother was 😔, but she is protected if she is wearing it? I live in new Zealand, pretty far away.

Hi Mark, Thank you for your feedback. Sorry about the I.T. issues that you experienced. It's unclear what the cause of that was, but I spoke with one of your family member's today just to make sure everything was setup correctly and it sounds like it's all good to go. With regards to the bulkiness of your mother's necklace, the fall detect buttons are going to be a bit larger than the buttons that do not offer fall detection. This is due to the size of the battery inside of it and the built in sensors that allow her necklace to detect falls automatically. We appreciate you choosing our company for your mother's medical alert service and feel free to let us know if there's anything else we can do to help! Take care, Senior Safety
