Found better products for much less…
Found better products for much less when my AARP magazine came. Also don't like the contract that lets them access my bank account if I get behind on payments. I also thought docusign was awful.

Great support
Great support, easy to set up, very nice operator answered when we first tested system and helped mother feel secure, iphone gps app is crucial to our feeling that she is secure

Opinion
Everything was quite clear and when I had a question I got a prompt answer on the phone. The only surprise I had was that there were two different names Senior Safety and Vial of Life, which I did not understand.

Senior safety monitor ( I've fallen and can't get up)
Great Service! Priced right. Customer service on phone was exceptional. Unit very easy to set up. could not be happier.
