Excellent customer service over the phone. Product was here in three days and easily set up and activated with phone support. My mom now wears her necklace daily as a piece of every day jewelry wear.

The first unit was not the proper one for our phone connection. We explained it to customer service in detail. The second unit was programmed properly, but the plug in wire was frayed. Once i repaired it, it connected, but the unit would not allow communication on the speaker. We are on the third unit now. I did not give the lowest rating since customer service is working to make it right.
