The sales procedure was very professional. I could tell they were not working on commission because there were no high pressure sales like some of the other businesses I looked into. They were able to answer all of my questions. And the price was half of what some of the other companies were. The equipment arrived one day later in very good condition. The connection and test procedure were very easy to follow. I have a lot of peace of mind now that I know the equipment is in place and working if my dad needs assistance.
