The order was delivered promptly and in good condition. Would order from them again.

Unfortunately, although I paid for overnight service and was "guaranteed" the product would arrive at a particular time, it was delivered 8 hours later. Any packing to preserve the product failed as the cheese was warm and a bit "slimy" for lack of better term. The pastas (ravioli) were defrosted and cracked so when cooked the contents spilled into the simmering water. Needless to say, we couldn't/wouldn't serve this to our guests. Thank goodness, I had a back up. Very disappointed and would not order again.

When the package arrived the content was too warm ... like it had been sitting in a UPS truck for 10 hrs. or more. However, thinking it might not keep, we sat down immediately and ate the cheese ... which was wonderful.

Was pleased with my purchase, except the ciokocrem was only 3/4 full. But the product is enjoyable!! I will order from them again.

It went smooth & I hot my products right away.
