As a boutique law firm, I wanted to keep my expenses low, and after a little research, I chose Servcorp over some of it's better known competitors. I've had the office for five months now and I'm satisfied thus far. The location I rent is in a new building with a great location. The views are great. The staff is extremely helpful. Megan, the accounts manager, is always pleasant and is quick to accommodate any issues that arise. Alice, the office administrator, is one of the main reasons that my experience has been so good thus far. She is very professional and makes me feel as though I have my own personal assistant due to her dedication. She is always eager to help and her promptness and organizational skills are impeccable.

I have been using Servcorp's San Francisco location (555 California) to run my solo law practice for nearly a year now and cannot say enough about this office. The location is great and very impressive for those desiring a virtual office with a big-office feel. The staff is wonderful and very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this location to anyone starting a small business and needing a virtual space.

My experience as a virtual office client has been very positive. The best best part has been Rachael Blessitt and Leah Holt, who both sit at the reception desk and always greet everyone with a very nice smile. My wife and I both really like them, and I believe they make a good impression on my clients. Also, the office is really nice - modern design is very chic and nice. I think it is very impressive to visiting clients.

Alice the Receptionist is fantastic - She is competent in all that she does and her cheerfulness makes it a fantastic work environment!

ServCorp has been an awesome service to connect with, their support and customer service has been such a pleasure to interact with, and the products that I have retained from them have been first rate, not to mention that it has allowed me to keep my business image cost at a minimal and manageable amount. That is very important to me as a new start up. I recommend that anyone who has started a new business and needs to setup an effective business image and location, I would 110% recommend that they seriously look at ServCorp for their office services.

For those of us who own our own companies, we know what it means to trust the care of our company and life's work to someone else. Especially difficult is that this secondary individual, if answering calls initially for the owner, will many times be making your company's first impression on a new client. It's this first impression that can determine if a customer will stay with your service--letting go of the reins and trusting someone with this task can be a huge hurdle and I can't say that there are many that I would trust with this task. Shelby Weinstein, however, has not only proven herself to be up to the task, but exceeds my expectations at every turn--she handles multiple accounts seemlessly--instead of feeling like one of many clients, I feel like my company has its own truly singly dedicated assistant. I get compliments from customers everyday on the professional and yet friendly and warm reception they get when contacting the office. The details she remembers not only with clients (where the personalized service includes remembering who they are and details discussed with them previously--very difficult when handling many phonecalls in a day for multiple companies), but also when delivering messages to me on my client's behalf have made the difference in clarity, which is essential in my ability to run the business well. Shelby's attention to detail has led me to trust her with items far beyond "simple" phone answering and she has become an important part of my business. Her level of detail is suited to complex business models as well as sophisticated industries and has proven invaluable to my business. When I called Servcorp's Tysons office several months back searching for an assistant for my practice, I was told I would be assigned a "Dedicated" Assistant for my practice. The term Dedicated Assistant can mean many things, but for Shelby Weinstein, she truly exemplifies the title--dedication to all tasks assigned, following up on essential details, self-starter extraordinaire.

I love coming to Servcorp in Philadelphia. Allison and Caitlin make it feel like home. The clients I bring to the office love the look of the office and view of the city. I highly recommend Servcorp in Philadelphia!
