We have been working with ServCorp (555 California St., San Francisco) since March of 2014. We are extremely happy with the high level of service we have received. Everyone is extremely professional, polite and super on top of their game! The office itself is beautiful, the furnishings are very chic, the view is second to none. and the coffee.... Oh the coffee. Delish! Tamara, Chaniece and the rest of the team are extremely accommodating. We could not be happier. Highly recommended.

The opulence of Servcorp's office facilities, the professionalism of its staff, and the responsiveness of its management have exceeded all of my expectations by far. Working with Servcorp has been like a breath of fresh air for my business. I have so much peace of mind knowing that every telephone call, administrative task, or almost anything else you can imagine, will be flawlessly executed by my Servcorp team. Now that I'm working with Servcorp, I feel more confident in my company's image and less stressed about having to do everything on my own. I also have the freedom to focus on growing my business, while receiving administrative support, but without any of the personnel or Human Resources headaches. Admittedly, when I first started with Servcorp's service, there were some bumps in the road. That is to be expected with every new relationship. What was different this time, was how seamlessly the snafus were corrected and how flawlessly Servcorp's staff continues to execute the improved workflow, which is specific to my business. Servcorp offers a comprehensive, professional, great value office solution for any size business. In today's corporate climate, the traditional brick-and-mortar office set up doesn't always work. In my business, we are constantly "on the go", which doesn't make a traditional office a cost effective solution. Servcorp offers all the bells and whistles of a traditional office (a professional location, A + staff, comprehensive services, multiple options, and a great location) at a fraction of the cost of a traditional office. The staff in the Miami location are warm, articulate, welcoming, and extremely pleasant. My clients rave about my new office location, as its brought a whole new level of proficiency and professionalism to the organization. For the amount of money I was spending a month on Starbucks coffee, I'm getting a live receptionist to answer phone calls (someone who I actually know and have met in person), a prestigious business address, a dedicated business phone number, use of private office space, a business work area, board room use, and complimentary coffee, tea and water for myself and my clients anytime we are in the office. What's not to love???

Servcorp have a reputation in the industry for providing 5-star serviced office solutions. We had their Global virtual office solution at State Street. For the most part calls got patched through, often times the caller was not identified correctly (despite paying a premium for call announce). Further, we would regularly have to dial in and check our voice mail because calls were not patched through. On one occasion our card was double billed resulting in our Finance Director initiating a charge back and then for our firm to have to resolve the issue directly with Servcorp. In addition, we never received email notifications when voicemails were received and then have our mail held to ransom and be advised that it was returned to sender. This was not cool as we had a client contract in the mail and lost a substantial deal for missing the deadline. Add to this the fact that we never received the email notifications that our invoice was ready it just became too much of an effort and we've moved on to a professional provider who is more service focussed.

The staff at ServCorp could not be more professional, knowledgeable or friendly. My board and I are very impressed with the level of service, scalable options and pricing that ServCorp offers. Hurrah for the flexible business solution headquarters! I am confident that we made the right choice going wtih ServCorp's office at 555 California Street.

Our small law firm has been using Servcorp for the past year and we couldn't recommend it enough. It offers a more professional environment than any of its competitors (Regus doesn't even come close) and the service and executive staff are so friendly and organized.
