Simon - UPS power modules order
Simon, the Account manager was very accessible and responded to my requests promptly. The shipping and the warehouse service was good and got my items out as expected. I was promised that the power modules I got will work fine - though they are refurbished units. So far, I find this true - the units work fine.

Hard Drive Replacement Very Easy
Ordered a hard drive online, very easy and inexpensive. Constant communication from the order to delivery. The drive works great and no issues. I received exactly what I ordered in a timely fashion.
