On July 12 I had to call ServPro because I had left water running in the hall bathroom sink & it overflowed for about an hour. ServPro from Wimberley arrived quickly & I was absorbing water with every towel I have. Savannah was the member of the team that explained what was going on after she had taken readings in every room near that room. She followed up & helped me during the process. I thanked her for the whole team & offered a review of their service. She took a photo of me on the last visit & I’m attaching it with photos of the rooms affected.

These guys are amazing!!! Servpro sent a team that was very detailed oriented, professional, and took care of everything!!! If they weren't sure about something, they asked for clarification. 06.30.2026: Restoration Completed Outstanding Service from SERVPRO Beaver County~ "Like it never even happened." We could not be more pleased with the exceptional work ethic of SERVPRO. From start to finish, each team was dependable, professional, incredibly thorough, paid attention to every detail, friendly, reassuring, and highly knowledgeable, helping us feel confident throughout the entire mitigation (Jacob, Chad, Drake, Alex) and restoration processes. This also applies to the finance department~ Linda was most accommodating in all aspects, providing exceptional customer service. Servpro addressed any concerns we had, kept us informed throughout the process, and often worked directly with our insurance company, making our stressful situation much easier to manage. Most impressive was observing Rob and Jacob during the restoration process. This duo team replaced the damaged drywall, painted it, installed new flooring, restored baseboards/ siding, painted the baseboards, then put furniture, etc. back to their original areas. Both were meticulous, always cleaning up after themselves, leaving the site neat and organized each day. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, our home was not only restored but improved, looking better than it did before the damage occurred. Though the entire project took longer than expected, it was worth the wait! Certainly, Jeff (Servpro's boss) hires the best! Definitely, we highly recommend Servpro for properties in need of cleaning and restoration.

Servpro, was great when my shower overflowed it was a mess. It was right next to my bedroom which had wooden floors. They came promptly and did a great job. Statefarm hired them and they did a good start. However my house still smells like smoke. Statefarm said get a estimate from servpro to fix next step. Called to schedule a appointment for follow up can't get anyone to call back in 6weeks. Ralph as understand is in charge of this. Ralph should find a new job he's killing the reputation of Servpro. Within 3hrs after post this company called and made everything right. Statefarm was blocking between us. They really seem to give a crap

SERVPRO of Western O'Fallon/Wentzville A tree fell on our home this morning. Glass everywhere — mixed into furniture, belongings, the floor. Our living room was completely exposed with another storm on the way. We didn't know where to start. Dominic and his crew — Danny, Freddy, Lillian, and Wilson — showed up and just handled it. They cleaned up every piece of glass, sorted through the wreckage, and boarded up our home. By dinner, we were secure again. I don't think people understand what it feels like to have your home ripped open. You're standing there looking at everything you own covered in glass and debris, watching the sky, wondering what happens next. Dominic's team didn't just clean up — they gave us our home back. They gave us the ability to breathe, to sit down, to actually sleep in our own house tonight. These are the kind of people you hope show up when the worst happens. They did.

Water Remediation and Reconstruction I recently had a stressful water damage situation in my condo that required both remediation and reconstruction. I cannot recommend SERVPRO enough—specifically Steve Ulmer, Ben Roberts, and their entire team. They were incredibly quick to respond and professional from start to finish. Steve was a standout; he kept me updated throughout the entire process and even caught/fixed miscellaneous repairs I hadn’t noticed myself. He also handled the heavy lifting with my insurance by providing my claims adjuster with all the necessary documentation for my reimbursement. While nobody wants to deal with water damage, Steve and Ben made a difficult event so much easier to navigate. My property looks like nothing ever happened. Thank you again!"
