The process was seamless. I'm old school and not that trusting ,but the prompts and process were easy to follow. I had been trying for two days to get an urgent health matter addressed and after fruitless contacts with urgent care,nurse line and ER ,I found Sesame. My health issue was addressed and script sent immediately. I am grateful.
