Great experience

First, the customer service representative that assisted me was amazing. My issue is that the doctor I met with, wrote me a prescription with a dosage that the manufacturer no longer makes. The pharmacy and the representative reached out to him for four days requesting that he change the dosage and he never responded until I requested a refund. The doctors response was that he didn’t thing the new dosage was appropriate for me. So he clearly didn’t speak with the pharmacy to educate himself on how the dosage has changed. Don’t bother with this service because the doctor’s will not follow through and worse of all they are not up to date on changes taking place with popular medications. In response to Sesame. The issue is that the doctor didn’t know that the manufacturer doesn’t make that dosage any longer in their pins. The doctor lied to your representative stating that he contacted the pharmacy and the issue was resolved. When I contacted the pharmacy I was told he never responded. Again, to anyone reading this review do not waste your time and money on Sesame!!!

Sesame is easy to use and the health care providers are top notch. I would definitely recommend Sesame to anyone who needs it for whatever reason. 10/10

Speedy service especially with the prescription notifications got before done with the call. Great for me since I don't have insurance and I drive so I don't have to take off work to see a doctor

Very professional and prompt service

Mrs. Ruth was very nice and understanding... I love how concerned she was. no issues at all.. honestly Mrs. Ruth saved me from embarrassment (the right side of my face was swollen)that’s pretty much all I have to mention 😊

The Nurse Practitioner was patient, compassionate and explained things well.

I love Sesame! So quick, convenient, and effective. The providers are kind, professional and listen to my needs. Sesame has been a lifesaver especially when we’re traveling. Hands down recommend!
