Knowledgeable and effective

I was very happy about my experience with this company. It was especially nice that your appointment time does not have a long wait time. They answer within a couple of minutes at most. I have used them twice, and both times were great. I will continue to use them as they always ask if you have any questions and are extremely courteous and you never feel rushed.

As a busy entrepreneur who is healthy and active, I don't have the need to see MDs often nor do I have the time to wait or schedule appointments for a simply Rx refill. Discovering Sesame was a big time saver and the NP I worked with was cordial, professional, and quick to answer my questions.

My provider, Chigozie Ohanele, promptly connected with me at the appointed hour. She was professional but also very courteous. She answered all my questions and I appreciate her advice. I would use her again. The (very affordable) prescription arrived within a week.

I made an appointment due to having a sinus infection with ear infections causing virtigo. I have had this before. Talk to the PA for less than 2 minutes - sent for 3 prescriptions and when I tried to get back with them to get a report. They stated this company does not do reports. How is it that this company is not keeping record of the people that they are seeing. I am appalled at this and this was a waste of my time. I will be seeing a doctor and spending the money so that I can have a record of when I was seen and why I was given the prescriptions. Do not waste your money and go and see a true doctor. This is a bad scam -- if you do need to see a doctor -- go to Doctors on Demand. True doctors - can have an email conversation and they have all your records. A little bit more but well worth it.

I was looking for a company who could provide healthcare for uninsured individuals since I lost my job back in October 2021. Sesame came up in my search and I immediately was impressed since this was a telemedicine company. I selected a provider and made an appointment, was seen, diagnosed and treated for a small but fair cost. I will use them again and am extremely happy with their services!
