She was super sweet for starters! She was a few minutes late and apologized with sincerity! Farhana was caring and supportive while in this appointment--and she is a cut above all others I have seen!! Last but not least--she had my RX in within minutes. I hope to see her again!

I booked a mental health appointment for anxiety with a specific provider and waited nearly a week for the visit. When the appointment time came, no one showed up. Sesame acts as a marketplace but appears not to verify provider availability before confirming appointments. This wasted my time, affected my health, and reflects poor accountability.

No customer support. Must tal to Ai which knows nothing. If your going to take my money then you need to have a phone # to resolve issues. Otherwise your stealing my money and i will be reporting as such.
