SevenesyReviews of sevenesy.com

Absolutely beautiful. I bought their Deluxe ring for my daughter, and she cried the moment she opened them. The ring is gorgeous, the quality is exceptional, the packaging feels truly special, and shipping was incredibly fast. The Sevenesy turned a gift into a memory we’ll never forget. It’s a shame I couldn’t figure out how to add a photo to the review. The ring really is stunning!

I have looked at the website for monthes and finally made the decision to make a purchase. They had continually kept me in the loop as to when the ring were to be picked up by FedEx, landed in FedEx distribution center in my state, notified me that they were on a FedEx truck on the road to my home address. Packing was done well and of course the ring was amazing! I'm definitely a happy customer and would recommend this store to all my friends!

Be aware of these scammers, trustpilot is 1.3 stars out of 5. I returned between 14days return policy ring, they stole my money didnt give back any info also didnt return ring back. Cost me around 100 + deposit travel fee. Dont buy from them and dont expect any support from them. Fake review fake followers They kept giving me same questions and same "we will have a look" they wont even do care.

I purchased the Deluxe Ring, and overall I am very satisfied with my purchase ( and my girlfriend too) . The only issue was the delivery. I paid extra for expedited shipping, but the promised delivery date was not met. However, I appreciate that the company refunded the additional shipping fee without any problems, so I cannot complain about how they handled the situation! Another area for improvement is communication I think. In my experience, responses usually arrived the following day. I believe having a customer service phone line would help resolve issues much faster and more efficiently. The company always responded to my messages, and none of my inquiries went unanswered. As for the order itself, I was very pleasantly surprised by the packaging, which looked elegant and premium. The ring fully met my expectations, and my girlfriend extremely satisfied with the final product. Apart from the delayed delivery, my experience was very positive and I would definitely recommend this store to other customers.
