Really pleased with the entire process. The packaging is very smart and the timing (from me sending them out to getting the back) was very quick. The results of the sharpening were much better than I've ever been able to accomplish (even though I've spent good money on home sharpening tools. Only giving 4 stars because I think it's a bit pricey; but if the option was available I'd probably give 4.5 stars because the positives way outweighed the negative (price). I will be sending more knives and have recommended this to my other "dull" friends.

Knowing my knives would once again be SHARP and that I could do it online and by mail with little hassle led me to use Sharpenters. My daughter told me about the service after she raved about how easy it was to do. My initial envelope had somehow been packed so that the tapes in the package stuck everything together and ruined my shipping label, but as soon as I contacted Sharpenters by email they were right on it, sending a replacement and protective sleeves. My knives just returned a few days ago. I’m very pleased with the sharpness. The hardest part of the whole process was doing without professional sharp cutlery for a while!

I was expecting razor sharp knives sadly they were not as I expected. Good job not great. Robert Lewis

The knives came back in excellent shape and perfectly sharp. My only complaint is the slow shipping through USPS. Not your fault but they are extremely slow.

It took longer than expected to get my envelope. The return of the sharpened knives were fast and sharp.

The process was easy and my knives are nicely sharp. They definitely deliver on what they promise. My only complaint was the shipping time. I sent them my knives January 2. They received them January 5 and sent me the notice that my knives were on the way back January 8. No problems there except I didn't actually have my knives back until January 17. Three days to get there. Nine days to get back. Not sure what happened at the post office but it shouldn't take that long. As my first experience with Sharpenters, I was pleased with the outcome but will prepare next time for significant shipping times.

My knives came back nice and sharp! Only down side was the amount of time it took the USPS to get them back to me. From Florida to NY, week and a half... Other than that, no complaints.
