Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear the building didn't meet your expectations. We'd like to clarify a few points for anyone considering this product. We are the retailer, not the manufacturer, and the specifications you mentioned, including the 2"x3" framing, 24" on-center wall spacing, and the included roofing materials, are all clearly listed in the product description prior to purchase. Additionally, the sill plate you referenced is included only with the optional floor kit, which was not part of your order. Every customer has different needs, and this particular model is designed to provide an economical storage solution with features that are accurately described before purchase. We always encourage customers to review the product specifications carefully, and if there are any questions, our expert team is available 7 days a week from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM CDT to help customers select the shed that best fits their project, budget, and expectations. We're still here if there's anything we can do to help with your project or answer any questions about your shed. As a small business, we're honored that you chose to purchase from us, and we genuinely appreciate your support. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to earn your business.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that your experience has been frustrating, and we understand how stressful it can feel when a large delivery does not go as expected. We want to clarify a few points for accuracy. Our company operates solely under ShedsForLessDirect.com with one phone number and one point of contact. We do not operate under multiple names, and any communication or coordination you received would have been directly through us or our partnered suppliers and carriers involved in fulfilling your order. Regarding the delivery concerns, we rely on independent freight carriers for final-mile delivery, and unfortunately, once a shipment leaves the manufacturer, we are not physically present at the time of delivery. That said, we took your concerns seriously from the start and worked continuously to help resolve the situation. In your case, we provided multiple accommodations, including sending replacement lumber on several occasions for items reported as damaged. We also offered a full replacement unit, which was declined. Additionally, we offered to send a representative to your location to inspect the shipment, review parts, and assist with inventory and damage documentation in person—an offer that was also declined. We understand that when expectations are not met, the process can feel overwhelming, especially with multiple parties involved. Our goal throughout was to support you in resolving the issue as efficiently as possible and ensure you received all usable materials needed for your project. We regret that the resolution we worked toward did not meet your expectations. We value all customer feedback and use it to continue improving our processes and communication. Thank you again for your time and for your business.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience was frustrating and that the order did not proceed as expected. After multiple delivery delays and supplier-side issues, we worked directly with you to resolve the situation in the best way possible at the time. Ultimately, the order was canceled at your request and a full refund was issued, and no shipment was completed. We understand that delays and changes in estimated timelines can be frustrating, especially on large freight orders that involve third-party manufacturers and carriers. While we strive to provide accurate expectations and proactive communication, there are times when supplier availability or logistics challenges can impact scheduling. We appreciate the opportunity we had to assist you during the process and regret that we were unable to complete the order as originally planned. Thank you again for your time and feedback.
