I bought the Shelly Dimmer Gen 3 over a year ago based on clear messaging that this device supports Matter. That was a key selling point for me and strongly influenced my purchase decision. One year later, Matter support is still not available. Every time I contact support, I receive the same vague response: “It’s coming.” No timeline. No accountability. Just endless delays. Meanwhile, Shelly has already released a Gen 4 product. That says everything. Instead of delivering the promised functionality to existing customers, they focus on selling new hardware, while early buyers are simply forgotten. When I asked for a return due to the undelivered feature that was clearly implied during the sales process, they refused, hiding behind a 14-day return policy. This is not about changing my mind. It is about a feature that was used to sell the product and still has not materialized after a full year. If you advertise future support as a selling point, you should deliver it within a reasonable timeframe. Otherwise, it is misleading. Extremely disappointed. This has seriously damaged my trust in the brand. Would not recommend.

Iniziato per curiosità, ora ho 37 Shelly in casa, tapparelle, regolatori per led, valvole per i caloriferi sensori di movimento... Prodotti, molto buoni e affidabili in particolare quelli di nuova generazione per una migliorata connessine wifi. . Ho avuto un problemi con un sensore di movimento e dopo alcune prove che hanno dato esito negativo hanno provveduto a sostituirlo. In conclusione : soddisfatto sia dei prodotti che del supporto.
