I was sent the wrong size shoes. CS did send out another pair, also the wrong size and charged me for them. They never sent return label like they said they would, 3 times. They "escalated" my complaint to someone who never called back. They are very good at sales. Very, very poor on the make it right for the customer

I went to store #5005 on airline in Baton Rouge. I was planning to purchase all black converse high tops. Got a size 7. The man at the checkout rings me up while the lady goes get the other 7. Comes back no size 7!!!!! I had to get a refund on my card and needed the shoes for an event!! Super inconvenient! Do better shoe station

They will constantly take money off you and pass on your payment details, I had to change all my bank info which was a nightmare. The address is a poxy house boarded up, SCAM avoid or pay for a long time

Ordered a pair of hey dudes and I signed up for free shipping by logging in. During check out it gave us the option for expedited shipping by Dec25th if ordered by 11 cst. We paid the $15.95 extra and today get tracking info wih Dec 26th delivery. I called customer service and was told it was within the 2-3days. I explained I pulled up the same pair to reorder now and it says free shipping with Friday delivery or expedited as soon as Dec25th for the extra fee. Customer service said her manager will not refund my shipping unless it doesn’t arrive on the 26th. The website is misleading and charging extra to get product sooner, but the free shipping gets it one the same day as expedited. First time using Shoe Station and will be my last.

I like the selections, however the prices are higher, you used to be able to use coupons on the weekend and get great deals, but since the store sold to another company the prices are not the way they were.

I received a different pair of shoes than the ones I ordered. I called and emailed the site requesting a return label to no avail. I keep getting the run a round informing me that my email is incorrect so the return label can’t be sent! I am SO disappointed now, knowing, I’ve been scammed out of $124.00.

purchased 2 pairs of Rockport shoes the 1st pair came apart at front . the 2nd part at the heel. Bad shoes, waste of monies. manager would do nothing.
