Customer service could not have been any better. Had questions. Got answers. Placed order. Product received three days later. Rep stayed in contact with me to make sure I was satisfied. Order received as advertised with faster shipping than expected. Would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Would have given 5 stars but the brace I've always gotten for years is no longer available. I had been ordering the Rocket Soc to help correct severe foot supination due to Charcot Marie Toot (CMT) disease. The brace that was recommended to me as a replacement seems as if it will be adequate, though.

Next day air actually took two days plus the weekend. Additionally, the vendor told me it would take a day or te to process the order., apparently the fulfillment center does not operate after hours and on weekends. Would I use the company again? Understanding the above short comings and with enough lead time, maybe. At this time I paid almost double the cost of the product in shipping!
