SignMonkeyReviews of signmonkey.com

These guys did a great job on my sign!!!

I had great customer service help from the very beginning. The sign looks great in front of the business! I was impressed with the how great the signs were packaged. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Best customer service out there, had a few delay issues in the beginning but they made it right would definitely recommend them

I was more than happy with the sign I ordered. To be honest it looks even better than expected, and way better quality than my neighboring businesses. Customer service is also pretty great. Thanks so much! I will highly recommend Sign Monkey in the future!

Wow! I don't know where to start with this review. I loved my experience with Sign Monkey. I am currently in the process of opening up a new business and needed a channel letter sign. I had several quotes from other sign companies which were about $5,000 MORE than the one from Sign Monkey. I was almost willing to go with one of these companies because it seemed like it would be easier ordering from a local company. There was also the shipping issue I was worried about since I live in WA state. It's quite a distance to deliver something fragile like this. I think what made the final decision for me was when the local sign company gave me the quote for getting the sign permit-almost $1,000-in addition to the cost of the sign! I decided right then I was going to call Sign Monkey back and ask some more questions. I started talking to Dan and he explained how I could get the permit myself for so much cheaper (and it was-I paid around $200), and he also helped me with the details of my sign. I had no experience whatsoever and he helped me with ideas on color, size, etc. I decided to take the risk and get the sign ordered. It was completed so much faster than I thought it would be. The shipping went smoothly and we received our sign a few days ago. I can't believe how much I am in love with my sign! It looks amazing! And it was delivered with no damage-which was one of my biggest fears. I just think the whole experience with designing, placing the order and receiving my sign was top notch! As an added bonus, and you won't believe this, the day before I was going to place my order, I received an email about a Valentines Day special on shipping! Yes, I actually got free shipping on this order! I want to make sure to add how helpful Dan was throughout the whole process as well. I called him so many times to clarify different things and he was always so helpful and never acted like I was bothering him. And when I needed more detailed information for our County Development Department about how this sign was going to be installed, he listed everything that the sign installer would need and edited the original permit sheet that I was using and emailed it to me right away so I could get it included in my sign permit application while I was there. I really can't say enough about Sign Monkey! Great company with great employees who treat customers well! I so love my sign!! Thank you
